Research-based.

Consumer insights illuminate the paths our audiences tread. As a creative leader, it’s my responsibility to translate consumer insight data into dynamic narratives, visuals and experiences that craft enduring and meaningful bonds with the audience.

Human-centered.

I believe everyone deserves a seat at the table when a project enters the brainstorm-phase; the Jr. Graphic Designer and the primary project stakeholder all play a vital role in this stage of the creative process. I strive to foster an inclusive and empowering work environment for my team. Prioritizing equity, humanity, and collaboration into all phases of the creative process produces dynamic, impactful solutions.

Results-oriented.

The only constant is change. I encourage my team to embrace the feedback-loop, iterating, refining and adapting the work to ensure the final products communicate effectively and drive desired behavioral change.
